Important Notice

*****Solos, Duets & Trios are on SATURDAY 11th May*****

*****Groups & Céilí  Bands are on SUNDAY 12th May*****

The Fleadh Entry Desk for Fleadh Áth Cliath is now closed and all entries should have been received by 21st March 2019.

Competitions are in all instruments and the ages are U-12, 12-15 & 15-18. Musicians who place 1st or 2nd in Dublin, can go on to compete in the Leinster Fleadh, which will be held this year in Athboy, Co. Meath from Monday 8th - Sunday 14th July 2019.

There are special U-9 competitions in Dublin for Fiddle, Tin Whistle and Irish & English Singing. Medal winners here do not go to the Leinster Fleadh.

Competitors need to play just 2 tunes at U-9 & U-12 competitions. It is a very good way to encourage young musicians to practice their tunes well.

For any questions regarding tunes for the Fleadh, please contact the class teacher directly.

Times and room locations for each of the competitions will be published by Craobh Seán Tracey in the Fleadh booklet, which will be available closer to the Fleadh date.
